Atomics' unique approach to therapy-room design and construction has proven highly successful and beneficial to clients throughout the world - in hundreds of Ledite rooms. We provide a turnkey package combining a modular, pre-engineered product backed by a team of physicists, engineers, architects and contractors who handle all the details of the project. From design and physics calculations through installation and final testing, everything is coordinated by the same team, assuring you a problem-free and effective therapy room.

Coordination at all stages

We have the unique ability to assist in all phases of the design and building process and can provide a seamless installation from design through final testing.
We make the design and installation of your therapy room a simple four-step process that has your facility in service as fast and trouble-free as possible.

Design Phase

You determine your requirements and identify site specifics such as energy levels, equipment type and modality. We provide comprehensive layouts, structural calculations and all necessary specifications followed by a formal Design Agreement.

Physics Calculations

Based upon room specifications, full physics calculations are determined to ensure protection meets all necessary standards and codes. Every Ledite therapy room is fully guaranteed, with Atomic assuming full responsibility for the shielding performance.

Implementation

Atomic can handle all aspects of the manufacturing, shipping, delivery and installation of everything required for your room construction. Project managers coordinate every detail from start to finish and keep clients apprised of the project's status. Atomic crews can handle the construction of your project, or, if you prefer, Atomic supervisors will work with your contractors to ensure a proper installation. Installation details, safety procedures and MSDS information are available for contractor use.

Certification/Verification

Following construction, a radiation survey can be provided to ensure complete shielding integrity and full compliance with specifications. Any additional baffling or other work required is quickly handled.
